Welcome back to Wyoming

Last night I drove into Gillette, land of no toilet seat covers.

Who knew such a flimsy paper could carry such heft?

The presence of toilet seat covers have become in my mind the symbol of
the civilized. A departure from the stingy, self-restrainting "we will starve before losing the ranch" mindset that permeates to business owners of all education and income levels.

The airport has toilet seat covers. Maybe some of the restrooms of the upscale hotels have toilet seat covers. Otherwise, Gillette is devoid of toilet seat covers and I have learned to covet them as a luxury of big cities like Casper.
