I just finished reading a book on happiness, which got me thinking.
I have so many questions about how people work happiness into their lives (or don't.)
- Laura: I'll start, when I need to focus to write a story I will listen to music -- calm soothing music.
Thursday at 8:49pm · - Laura: Sometimes, when I'm trying to induce sleep, I lie in bed and remember getting a massage. Just thinking about it relaxes me.

Thursday at 8:59pm · - Laura: But yeah, to keep myself going I often need to drink coffee throughout the afternoon when I'm super tired and not feeling like I want to do the tasks at hand.
